Nutrition For Kids ships online orders Australia-wide via Australia Post or a Drop Ship method. We will send an email to you with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs - within Australia

Postage - $11.50

Orders over $99 - Free shipping using the code: FREESHIP

Shipping - International

Currently, we do not offer international shipping as a standard on our site. However, if you are located outside Australia in another part of the world, please email us at hello@nutritionforkids.com.au with the products you’re interested in and your address. We can then provide you with a shipping quote.

RETURNS

What happens if I don't like the products I ordered?

If you have a problem with the products purchased, please send us an email at hello@nutritionforkids.com.au with your feedback.

We are happy to exchange or provide a shop credit (excluding postage) for any products in their original condition (un-opened and un-used).

What happens if a product is faulty or breaks?

If you received a product that is faulty or broken during shipping, we’re happy to provide a refund, replacement or store credit including the shipping costs. Please ensure you contact us with your feedback within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the arrangements.

How do I return products?

Please email hello@nutritionforkids.com.au with the reason for your return. Please sent the products back with your details.

In order for us to make the necessary arrangements, returns will only be accepted if you have contacted us as per above prior to sending the goods.
